This page explains what information DEEDL collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. DEEDL ("we", "us") operates this preview site to let people join an early-access list ahead of launch.

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, the only required field is your email address. You may also optionally tell us your name, whether you are interested as an investor or a developer, your country, and an indicative investment range. These optional fields simply help us tailor early-access communications — you can join with your email alone. We do not collect payment information here, and no investment account is created on this site.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use your email address to send you launch updates and early-access information about DEEDL. Any optional details you provide are used only to tailor and prioritise those communications. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Who we share it with

We use Formspree to receive and store form submissions on our behalf (a data processor). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not identify you individually. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until launch and for a reasonable period afterward to send you the information you asked for, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our updates at any time. To do any of these, email info@deedl.io and we will action your request.

DEEDL is preparing to launch in Georgia. This preview site is for general interest only and is not an offer to invest, nor a solicitation, in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

We may update this policy as the product develops. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
